Hello,
It sounds like you need to reconnect Duo for 2Step on your new phone. Please follow the instructions below. Try to use a Trusted browser (a browser where you have previously signed in with Pennkey and approved a Two-Step push).
- Navigate to this website: https://twostep.apps.upenn.edu
- Click on Manage Settings

Sign in with your Pennkey
- [If the browser is not a Trusted Browser] Approve the push on your old phone. If no push comes through, tap the down arrow carat and enter the 6 numbers listed there.
If this isn't an option, click Call or text me a code on the browser. Follow the instructions over the phone to complete sign in.
- Under Quick links, click the New Phone for Duo Push button.
- Make sure you have Duo Mobile installed on your new phone
- As you go through setup, you will be prompted with a test Push
