It sounds like you need to reconnect Duo for 2Step on your new phone. Please follow the instructions below. Try to use a Trusted browser (a browser where you have previously signed in with Pennkey and approved a Two-Step push).


  1. Navigate to this website: https://twostep.apps.upenn.edu

  2. Click on Manage Settings

  3. Sign in with your Pennkey

  4. [If the browser is not a Trusted Browser] Approve the push on your old phone. If no push comes through, tap the down arrow carat and enter the 6 numbers listed there.

    If this isn't an option, click Call or text me a code on the browser. Follow the instructions over the phone to complete sign in.

  5. Under Quick links, click the New Phone for Duo Push button.
    1. Make sure you have Duo Mobile installed on your new phone
    2. As you go through setup, you will be prompted with a test Push
