1. Open System Preferences
  2. Click on Printers & Scanners
  3. Click on + Sign in bottom left corner to add Printer
  4. Right Click (Or Control + Click) on icon toolbar to bring up options and click on Custom Toolbar
  5. Drag Gears (Advanced) Icon up next top other icons and click Done
  6. Click on Gears Icon and once loaded change:
    1. Type: Windows printer via spools
    2. URL: Address of Print 64 printer (given to you by LSP)
    3. Name: Name of Printer
    4. Use: Select Software
      1. Search for Ricoh model (install driver from Ricoh Website if necessary)
  7. Printer will be added, but you will need to be connected to the server the first time you print
  8. While plugged in to Ethernet on campus, Enter user’s pennkey and Domain account password. Might take a minute to sync.
