1. Install CrashPlan on the user's machines via BigFix. If on a Mac, please also enable full disk access.

2. Help the user sign in to CrashPlan to initiate backup.
The first backup may take quite a while and will run in the background as the user is signed in, online, and working.

3. Verify backup
After the user has installed CrashPlan and confirmed signin, please notify the CrashPlan admins. Ask them to check the backup status of the user's computers to verify everything is running.
